Pacific workers.
Australian jobs.
Done the right way.
We're Pacific Islanders who have lived and worked in Australia for more than 20 years. We help workers from Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Tonga get job-ready, and introduce them to Australian employers who need reliable people.
Why work with us
We know the people
We're Islanders ourselves. We know the communities, the families and the work ethic, and we only put forward people we'd stand behind.
Job-ready profiles
Every worker lists their skills, experience, licences, English, start date and where they'll work, plus a checklist for passport, medical and police certificate.
Done properly
Workers already in Australia have their work rights checked on the government's VEVO system, with their consent. We follow the PALM rules, and workers never pay us.
Industries we work with
- Farms & orchards
- Berry & vegetable growers
- Packing sheds
- Meat & poultry processing
- Dairy & livestock
- Vineyards
- Construction & subcontractors
- Aged care & disability
- Hotels & hospitality
- Cleaning
- Warehouses
- Forestry & aquaculture
Request workers
- Tell us what you need. Roles, how many people, where and when.
- We send you short profiles of suitable workers: skills, licences, checks and start dates.
- You interview and hire directly. We stay in touch with the worker and with you.
We introduce workers who can legally take your job: people already in Australia with open work rights (checked on VEVO), and Pacific Engagement Visa holders or ballot winners who need a job offer. We don't offer workers who are on a PALM visa with another employer, and we don't give visa advice.
Getting job-ready
- It's free for workers, always. Never pay anyone who promises you a job or a visa.
- Keep your papers yourself. We only ask whether you have a passport, medical and police certificate, and the dates. Never send us copies.
- On a PALM visa now? You can only work for your approved employer, so we won't offer you other jobs.
- Visa help: we can't give visa advice. Use pev.gov.au (including its free employment support service) or a registered migration agent (mara.gov.au).
