How it works
- Make your profile. Your work, skills, licences, English and when you can start. It's free for workers, always.
- Tick off the job-ready list. Passport, medical check and police certificate, with the dates. You keep the papers: FIXIM Pacific Work never asks for copies.
- We check work rights. If you're already in Australia, FIXIM Pacific Work checks your work rights on the government's VEVO system, only with your OK.
- We introduce you. With your OK, employers see your skills and checks (never your phone or address). If they want you, we put you in touch.
Who can be introduced to employers
- People picked in the Pacific Engagement Visa (PEV) ballot who need a job offer, and PEV holders.
- People already in Australia who can work for any employer.
On a PALM visa now? You can only work for your own approved PALM employer, so FIXIM Pacific Work won't offer you other jobs. You can still keep a profile ready for later.
Want to join PALM? That goes through your country's labour office (labour sending unit), not FIXIM Pacific Work. See palmscheme.gov.au.

FIXIM Pacific Work helps you find work. We can't give visa advice or help fill in visa forms: by Australian law only registered migration agents and lawyers can do that.
